QPay

APPLICATION AND PRICING DISCLOSURES

A clear start with QPay.

Version 26 October 2026. These disclosures describe the application and sandbox service. Merchant operating terms and applicable privacy notices must be finalized before a live launch.

Your application

QPay stores the business and contact details you submit, your password as a one-way hash, and your account activity for application review, access administration and support. Do not submit card details, bank passwords or identity documents through the application form. Administrators review applications before enabling merchant integration access.

Year 1 subscription

Each merchant receives a full free month from activation. The subscription thereafter is US$5 per month, with no setup fee. Monthly payment falls due on the 1st. The implementation gives any additional days between the end of your free month and the next 1st free of charge. Your dashboard shows your activation and first due dates.

QPay charges zero percentage or fixed transaction commission during the platform’s first 12 months of operation. This period starts from the platform launch date, rather than each merchant’s signup. Year 2 pricing has not been approved and will require review and advance communication.

Provider fees and local collection

Third-party processing, transfer, withdrawal and conversion fees may apply separately. Subscription checkout must identify the local amount, conversion basis and provider charges before confirmation. Subscription income goes to a separate QPay business receiving account. It is separate from each merchant’s sales proceeds.

Cancellation and unpaid accounts

You can cancel future renewals from your dashboard. Cancellation stops new checkout creation and preserves your transaction history for reconciliation. No automatic recurring debit is assumed. Contact QPay through your established support channel for reactivation or a billing dispute. Refund and partial-period terms, reminder timing and any unpaid grace period remain to be finalized before live billing. Automated unpaid suspension is disabled unless an operator explicitly configures a grace period.

Sandbox and live availability

Current payment methods are simulations and do not transfer funds. No live payment certification or compliance accreditation is asserted. HTTPS protects the connection; provider certification is a separate process. Live processing requires approved provider integrations and merchant receiving arrangements.

Privacy before live launch

The operator must publish the applicable legal entity, contact details, privacy notice, retention periods and data-rights process before collecting applications outside controlled testing. Account and financial audit records are retained when access is disabled.
